Kevin actually drove this vehicle himself to make sure all functions and mechanics's were properly working and a safe car. This car also went through the garage at Vorderman, and was serviced, from oil to brand new tires and on down the line. Issues Resolved by Vorderman I bought a 2008 Volvo C30 from Graham who was a very good salesman. Before buying the car I knew it had had issues with the ignition but I knew Vorder I bought a 2008 Volvo C30 from Graham who was a very good salesman. Before buying the car I knew it had had issues with the ignition but I knew Vorderman had sent the car to Volvo to be fixed. After just over a month the ignition issue had popped back up at least 3 times before occurring every time I started the car. After a few phones calls to various people and a few visits to Vorderman to talk in person with these people, Chad took my account. Chad was very helpful and after a conversation about how to resolve the issue, Vorderman paid for the issue to be fixed outright, a $1200 fix in the end. This company cares about its customers and treating its customers correctly. More

She is absolutely wonderful, she searched all over to find exactly the car I wanted and got it here in less than a week. The staff at Vorderman's is amazing I have never felt pressured or rushed, they really take the time to know you and your needs and find you the best vehicle. I am always amazed at there attention to detail, there is never a dirty car on the lot, and I have never seen a maintenance shop so clean and pristine. You can tell that Everyone form the shop to the management takes pride in what they do, and that customer service comes first. More

Every other dealership I dealt with acted like they were doing me a favor by tacking on a $300 etching fee and I walked. I was completely exhausted after a month of looking and I saw a couple of GTI's I had not found previously. The three hour drive up there was well worth it and my salesman Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and treated my brother and I like human beings. I bought the white Wolfsburg Edition 2013 GTI with 36,000 Miles. Three months later I am still very happy with the car. Thank you all again! More
