Best buying experience ever !! I have bought many cars over the years. Usually, the joy of purchasing a new car is often dulled by the pressure of pushy salesman. Not so at Vord I have bought many cars over the years. Usually, the joy of purchasing a new car is often dulled by the pressure of pushy salesman. Not so at Vorderman VW, Not once did they try to steer me into a particular car they needed to move, or pressure me in any way. Matt Middleton was awesome!! He went above and beyond what he really needed to do work with me. He had a genuine desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. Well done Matt! Also Kudos to Andy ( the unsung hero ) for working his butt off behind the front lines to find us the best deal possible. My final thanks goes to Ryan. He is always available and goes above and beyond to make sure that we love our car. I know that we will be back to purchase more cars from him. When we purchased our car, we did our financing through Volkswagen. Naomi explained all of our options. She was super knowledgeable. She helped explain all the costs and benefits. Both greeted us with smiles an My wife and I purchased a '15 Golf Sportwagen TDI last week. Kevin and Naomi were extremely friendly and accommodating. Both greeted us with smiles and helped us distract our 2 year old throughout our time there. I knew the car had an accident reported but there was some cosmetic damage which Kevin was unaware of. He offered to have it touched up, though it appears they didn't do anything other than clean and polish the area. It was also supposed to be detailed before pickup but as it was already superficially clean it appears the detailers phoned it in. It was delivered to us in pretty much the same condition as when we looked at it. After getting it home I noticed large visible stains in the headliner surrounding the sunroof and all the way back to the rear hatch (I hadn't opened the sunroof and after several heavy rains it doesn't appear to leak). There are also quite a few areas (emblems, exhaust, grill, window gaskets) where dirt and debris accumulated from sitting in a VW lot during the buyback. This could have been easily removed if they had bothered. I've come to expect more from a VW service dept, but that's certainly not the fault of the front end staff. We purchased from out of town and picked it up on our way home from Chicago, so it wasn't likely that we would delay accepting the vehicle. It was also dark when we arrived so I was unable to properly inspect it before driving off. All-in-all it was a smooth and pleasant buying experience. I'll just have to put in a little more effort cleaning it up! More

Absolutely wonderful! I was looking for a specific vehicle and saw on autotrader that this dealership had what I wanted. I sent an inquiry with not much faith as I had several bad experiences before. This dealership changed my mind. I received a call from Tresha, a wonderful associate, who listened to what I wanted and assured me they had the vehicle and it was in as great of shape as was pictured online. Knowing how fast these cars go I had to trust her as I was too far away to make a trip just to test drive. She was so caring and helpful every step. She went the extra mile to keep me in the loop with texts calls and emails as new information came available. I got the approval taken care of and she over nighted the paperwork to move the process and guarantee the car was mine. The day I went to pick it up I was so nervous as I had not yet seen the car and I was traveling from a distance. Tresha contacted me in the morning to make sure I had everything ready for my appointment. She wished me safe travels and I was on my way. Of course I would get into heavy traffic and bad weather but Tresha completely understood and was willing to push my appointment back. She made me feel as if I was her only client. The car was immaculate just as Tresha said. I have never had such a positive experience with a dealer as I did with them. I will reccomend them to everyone and should I need another vehicle they will be my first inquiry. Simply the best service! More
