We were very frustrated in that our SUV XC90 Volvo shutting down and not starting, which caused a transportation issue. Volvo service made it happen. We scheduled a tow truck delivery drop off the next day. Mid afternoon that next day, our problem resolved and their diagnosis was on the spot. We never felt like being taken advantage of and Service Manager and Team with attention to detail took great care in explaining things to us. We will continue to service our SUV there.
