1st CLASS!!!!!! I was driving in New Mexico & my Ranger broke down. Being stranded & having no clue what to do, I called Volvo of Tucson (where I purchased my vehicle I was driving in New Mexico & my Ranger broke down. Being stranded & having no clue what to do, I called Volvo of Tucson (where I purchased my vehicle). I made initial contact with Alexis, who was so happy & polite I felt like I could see her smiling through the phone! She pulled my file & patched me through to the Service Manager Garret writhin seconds. I told him the situation & he also displayed such a heartfelt ginuine concern of my situation that I felt like he was a brother I never met! Garret took complete control of the situation & found the closest Ford dealer & tow service for me. He even put a call into the Service Manager there to let him know of the situation. Garret requested complete involvement from the dealer, keeping my best interest at heart. In such a worst case scenario situation, Garret kept me at ease with everything. He checked the factory warranties & extended warranties I had & let me know confidently that I shouldn't have any issues getting my problem covered. He was absolutely right! The dealer repaired my vehicle under warranty & I was back on the road within 4 hours. Thanks to the Ford dealer but the real thanks goes to Garret & Alexis at Volvo of Tucson! They stopped what they were doing, knowing they would not be receiving my business & laid down the most superb level of customer service I have ever experienced!! Hats off to the Volvo of Tucson team & Garret! First class!!! More

So Friendly!! I bought a XC60 and went in for a Multipoint inspection. Customizing service to my needs I have to come for my service from several hours out of town. I do as much maintenance on my vehicle as possible since I like it well taken care of an I have to come for my service from several hours out of town. I do as much maintenance on my vehicle as possible since I like it well taken care of and it is always a full day event to go into town to get work done. It means taking time off from work and a waste of a full day, so I try to make the most of my day in town. As Steve has come to know how I care for my vehicle and my needs, he has really done an excellent job working with my schedule and getting what I need done quickly and efficiently, and the service has been wonderful. This last time I went in for service, I also wanted a part that I knew would be difficult for me to find on my own since it would even be difficult to identify. Jesus was amazingly helpful, kind and a joy to work with. He not only found the part, but he gave me a nice discount and had it shipped directly to me so that I would not have to go into town to pick it up. Jesus was one of the most pleasant customer service reps I have ever worked with in my time. Yes, I would definitely recommend Tucson Volvo to anyone needing service or parts, especially if Steve or Jesus are helping you! More

Great personal service I had a low coolant indicator warning come up on dashboard on the Friday before we were heading across the desert heat to San Diego. Got down to the dealership about 3:45 and they squeezed me in. Did a thorough once over on the car, changed the oil, and topped off fluids. Even though it was past closing, Steve and the mechanic took the time to show me a slow leak at upper radiator connection and generally gave me peace of mind on the car, an xc90 with 130k miles. One less thing to worry about when dragging three small kids across the desert heat (I didn't actually drag them, they were comfortable inside the car ;-). More
