Now let me tell you why this is important...My wife and I had already spent an entire day shopping for vehicles in Phoenix with no luck and several bad dealership experiences. My wife is also 8 months pregnant and discouraged by the whole car buying experience. Manny brought the vehicle right up to the front and got us on our test drive in minutes. We knew the price we would pay for the vehicle after extensive research and they didn't bother wasting our time with the back and forth and the "Let me see what my manager can do". Manny Tellez treated my family with respect from start to finish and we left with the vehicle much sooner than I ever anticipated. We test drove the car we had our eye on - as well as one or two others and were able to make a good deal on the car we wanted. No pressure, no sales pitches.
