The environment at the dealership is inviting and low key. My only complaint is that some of their cars were not available to show since they were still being inspected and reconditioned . I would recommend that they not advertise pre owned inventory until they are ready to test drive. More
Super easy purchase One recent evening I finally found a used that looked promising online at Volvo of Tucson and sent an inquiry to confirm availability. Lots of dealers One recent evening I finally found a used that looked promising online at Volvo of Tucson and sent an inquiry to confirm availability. Lots of dealers seem to not update their inventory online. Within hours I received an email back confirming the car was still available. I was asleep. So first thing in the morning I responded and decided to go in for a test drive. They had the car ready for me and we went for a drive on streets and highway. They were really easy to work with, no upselling, etc. It was all very clean and clear so I purchased the car. Because I wanted my husband to also be on the title and I brought the wrong checkbook they let me sign everything and then delivered the car to my house at the end of the day so my husband could finish the signing and I could pay them on delivery. This saved us a trip to the dealer which is huge when you have a baby that sleeps half the day. All in all it was an easy, positive experience! More

Everything was handled in an afternoon, and I was provided a courtesy vehicle during the interim. Great customer service from top to bottom- management, sales, finance, and service. More
The need to stay in the Family I have been a long time Volvo owner and have also worked for Volvo NA. While I have tried other cars, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and VW I keep coming back to Volvo because the cars just feel right. I have had many different positions in my career from E-Commerce Director, Used car sales Manager, New car sales manager and also a GM. The idea of having a no pressure dealership has alway been a goal of mine. The Volvo store in Tucson has been a plesant suprise, the staff in general has been wonderful and very attentyie with out overpowering the customer. The sales professional I delt with time was Jacob Ray. very helpfull to say the least and in tume with our needs. It is always hard to explane why I bought another Volvo when our Daughter works for Acura, but as alway a Volvo is a Volvo and there is nothing else will do. More

The problem was traced back to a defective seatbelt assembly on the driver side which the dealership had in stock and was replaced immediately under warranty . More
