We then met with Tony Keovoraboth who worked out the pricing and trade-in, incorporating the current sale incentive and the price that Tony and Don came up with was enough to convince me to buy a new Volvo. When I returned to make the purchase, all the details were efficiently handled by Mike Williams for the trade and financing. My car was ready and presented with fanfare, reinforcing the attention to detail that Volvo of Tucson and its employees are noted for. Though I was anxious about the complexities of the digital features inside the car, Don Nilles and Manny Tellez tutored me on the systems, making sure that I was comfortable before driving away in my new Volvo.
