One star is way too many. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We bought our XC60 there almost 7 years ago with a full bumper-to-bumper "Platinum" warranty. The car has had a coolant problem ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We bought our XC60 there almost 7 years ago with a full bumper-to-bumper "Platinum" warranty. The car has had a coolant problem since Day One and they have NEVER, EVER fixed it to this second. The car has been in their shop at least a dozen times for the same thing but they fudge the paperwork to make it seem like different issues to cover their tracks. The slim ball Service Manager Paul Miner who has since left should have been fired years ago. He lied through his teeth to the GM Rick Saul right in front of me and I nearly went over the counter at him. We put in a Volvo Corporate complaint and the car still wasn't fixed. Thank God for Chad at Autohaus Revolve store on E. Glenn Street. More
Had standard 40K mile service completed (Oil/filter Change, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, tire rotate, brake fluid and top remainder of fluids) for a sum of $540. Got the car home and Check Engine Light ca Change, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, tire rotate, brake fluid and top remainder of fluids) for a sum of $540. Got the car home and Check Engine Light came on as well at Tire deflation warning. Had to take the car back to correct the Check Engine light which was caused by the Dip Stick not being seated correctly. The Tire defalation light occurred as the tires were NOT recalibrated with the vehicle. It would have been fine and good if the Volvo dealership was not 80 mile round trip away. Called the service manager 3 times and NEWVER received a call back. I did get a call back from Service Assistant (Alexis) who noted my concern and said it would be resolved to my satifaction. No call, note or email as of yet. This level of service is NOT acceptable to me nor should it be for anyone else. VOLVO needs to train their servicce staff as they have no clue what they are doing. Furthermore the service manager does not seem to call back people who had issues or cocerns. For future customers needing Service. STAY AWAY----FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I will Never go back . (Period) More
Being out of state, we had agreed upon a price for a vehicle. I went to the dealership, purchased the vehicle at the agreed upon price, only to realize at my trip to the DMV weeks later that they adjust vehicle. I went to the dealership, purchased the vehicle at the agreed upon price, only to realize at my trip to the DMV weeks later that they adjusted the sales tax but kept the out the door price the same. So I had to fork out an additional $1000 at the DMV. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere or be prepared to read every single line of fine print on their contracts. More
While under warranty, the service manager would not tell me where to change the air filter myself; said it needed a special tool and took a half hour to change. On an online Volvo forum I found I needed to me where to change the air filter myself; said it needed a special tool and took a half hour to change. On an online Volvo forum I found I needed to remove two phillips screws and pull the mounting up: total time 1 minute. Not honest! I also went after having a minor accident and the staff told me I was not safe to drive the car from the dealership until they had repaired it. This was before I had reported it to my insur. company. I had a big fight getting my car back and driving it away, never to return to Volvo of Tucson. I bought the car in PHX bec. I got a better deal there. Will never go to Volvo of Tucson again. Not honest! More
We had an amazing experience with Volvo of Tucson. Bought a certified v60. The car is in great shape and the warranties are even better. It is so comfortable, sleek and safe! Marty and Jason were fantastic sales team members and we had fun working with them. The financial team worked hard to help us, we were in a bind because we had just purchased a challenger scat pack and then I got into an accident that totaled my minivan (in the same night) so, we weren’t anticipating having to buy another car after the challenger. But they helped us! They don’t pressure, no game playing, just there to help you. We had been to a local VW dealership on the east side, the difference in care, quality, and honesty is night and day. No gimmicks, no hidden prices, nothing dishonest. They are all amazing! I highly recommend. More

Initially there was some difficulties/confusion because my purchase was out of state. Very UNIMPRESSED with Volvo Cars Tucson. They are one of two dealers listed here in Tucson when you get an online Kelley Blue Book (KBB) quote to sell your vehicle. I did not sell my car to They are one of two dealers listed here in Tucson when you get an online Kelley Blue Book (KBB) quote to sell your vehicle. I did not sell my car to them, as it was an uncomfortable and disconcerting process. They seem stuck in the “days-gone-by”, antiquated car dealer methods and practices. I brought my car and my offer in, and after he drove my car and inspected it, Jimmy took me to a back, windowless room to “negotiate”. Really? And then he offered me $1,000 LESS than the KBB online instant cash offer. We played the old game where he went back and forth to-I’m not sure who or where-and we agreed on a price that was still $500 less than the KBB offer online. My bad, but I wanted to sell my car. The clincher was he wanted me to sign all the paperwork, take my car and then…he told me I’d have to wait 10 days to get my check? What the heck?? Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable doing that. It felt like an “old school vintage” bad car dealership nightmare. I’d advise you to ask a lot of questions, have your eyes wide open and be very wary if you set foot in the Volvo Cars dealership. P. S. The day or so after that, I went to the other KBB dealership and it was a study in contrasts. Less than 30 minutes, car was inspected, there was no haggling and I walked out with a check for the full KBB online quote. (It was Cactus Auto…go there if you want to be treated well!) More
My salesman, Ricardo, did a great job with the purchase of my 2002 Corvette. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
