Went by to look at a Volvo c30 at about 745 on a Tuesday night. Sean Zak and Ed stayed late (close at 830) answered all my questions. Zak let me take. Him on a nice test drive and answered all my questions. While Sean and Ed worked on the deal. Got the ball rolling that night and we ball parked everything that needed to be handled. Ed and Sean worked the deal with the bank and the used car guys the next day to get me the most on my trade in and the apr I wanted. (They did both) Zak kept me in loop with texts throughout the day. Once everything was done I came in filled out the paper work and had my new car. Zak made sure to go over everything features wise with me and synced my phone before I left. All 3 of them where pleasant and took good care of me. This is my first volvo and I love it. Great dealership located in central OC. More

Kudos to Volvo of Orange for the best customer service in the person of Lynne Collins. This was actually our second experience with her and had it not been for her, this probably would have been our last vis the person of Lynne Collins. This was actually our second experience with her and had it not been for her, this probably would have been our last visit to Volvo of Orange. This is what happened... My son, Mikel, had actually purchased his first used Volvo from this dealership just last July and it was Lynne who took the time to see that everything we asked about Volvos, particularly the V50 that may son was interested in, were answered. She was very patient, very personal and very warm. I couldn't believe that she had all the time to spend with us! My son had just come out unscathed from a bad car accident on the freeway and had it not been for his old 1987 Volvo 240 GL, he probably would still be in the hospital. Because his old volvo had "saved his life", he knew that his replacement car would also be a Volvo. So after a few hours of going through the process with Lynne, my son finally bought the car. It was during a succeeding visit of Mikel to get a spare key that my other son, Stephen, accompanied him, met Lynne, and asked her that if a C30 would be available, if she could call him or me as he was interested in buying his "first" car. And so after a week, Lynne calls me and informs me that a 2010 C30 R-design was available and that they had just received it and hadn't had it detailed yet for display. We arranged to meet her that day at 6:00 PM as Lynne said that she needed to see her dentist and that she would have the car brought out for us to see. We went to the dealership a bit early, saw the C30 and was waiting for her when another customer came to us to tell us that he had already purchased the car!!. When Lynne arrived, we told her what happened and upon checking, she was disgusted to find out that another sales person had already sold the car even if according to her, we were supposed to be the first in line to see the car and that her manager had known about our appointment to see the car. We were very disappointed and i was ready to file a complaint with whoever was in charge. It was at this point that Stephen started to look in the lot for other C30's and found a 2013 C30 basic model. Upon checking with Lynne, she said that if Stephen wanted it, she was going to make sure that Stephen got the best deal after what just happened with the 2010 car. Well, she did just that. After processing our requests for a car loan, Lynne and her Sales manager offered Stephen a deal he could not refuse. Aside from giving it to us at the employees price, they further deducted $ 700 from the amount making the final amount just about $ 600 over the 2010 C30 that Stephen initially wanted. We couldn't believe it- a brand new 2013 car with free 5 years maintenance for just $ 600 above the 2010 car. My wife and I couldn't help but smile at each other and silently said "thank You Lord for this gift and for using Lynne!" Yes, Lynne is the best car sales person we have ever met. We now have two Volvos at home and I wouldn't be surprised if we get a third one care of Lynne Collins of course. More
I brought my 2005 Volvo s60 in to get a headlight replaced because I was having problems replacing it myself. I asked if I could watch the repair man install it to see if he had any tips on how to in replaced because I was having problems replacing it myself. They were courteous to allow me to watch, but I swathe repair,an "rip" the air intake out of my car, he replaced the light and tested the light to find there was an "electrical" problem. I then left and "trusted" the repair man, believing that since I was at a "Volvo" dealership they new my s60. 2 hours later I went back to ask what is the problem and the repair man insisted that the problem was a "computer" problem and it would be $800 to fix. I then asked "did you check the fuse" and he then responded with telling me that there was no fuse and showed me the electrical diagram. As I looked at it, with my background in electrical engineering, I responded with there is a fuse. I said no more repair to be done and still had to wait 45 min to get my car back. As soon as I got the car I took it to pep boys and checked the fuses and the fuse for the light was missing, but when I replaced the fuse I found that they had broke the air intake of my s60. More
Just leased a 2013 XC90 today. 2nd XC90 I leased from Zak at OC Volvo. This is an outstanding company to do business with.Great staff, fair and honest pricing and excellent service. Volvo of Orange County was very knowledgeable about their cars and this made buying a Volvo easy! Everyone was incredibly kind, from detail to sales to the GM. Gary White took the time and with much patience to explained every detail on the car to me and to my 12 year old son, from the engine to the navigation system. He answered every question we had and included my son in exploring the Volvo. When I came back the next day with my husband it was Gary's day off, so Lynne Collins was happy to assisted us. She had a smile on her face the entire time. Lynne was knowledgeable about the different models and packages and helped us find the EXACT car we wanted. I test drove a few BMWs and Audis, I kept coming back to the Volvo! Because everyone was so knowlegeable and patient, I was able to take my time with no pressure and decide on what car best suited my needs. Thank you Lynne, Gary and your team at Volvo of Orange County! I will definitely buy my next car through them! More

This up-front, straight shooting dealership was very refreshing to find. The entire staff is there to serve, and make sure your buying experience is a pleasure. I highly recommend Volvo of Orange County, and especially my Sales Consulant Shabbir Safri. I had never owned a Volvo before, but had been impressed with the C30 T5 Coupe since I first saw it at the Auto Sh my Sales Consulant Shabbir Safri. I had never owned a Volvo before, but had been impressed with the C30 T5 Coupe since I first saw it at the Auto Show. I was looking for sporty, sure footed, safe car for my daughter. I visited the dealership three times before purchasing the car. I appreciated Shabbir's patience with me. He provided great information, it was as if he engineered the car himself. The test drive was an "E" ticket ride for me and I was sold. Shabbir helped us locate a car that had just the features we were looking for, no more, no less. Finally, he was an advocate for me during the purchase process and helped me to get a good deal on the car. I am very happy with the car and we have quickly put a couple thousand miles on it! The power is unlimited, as fast as you'd want to go without risking a high dollar ticket. It performs solid in traffic and on the open road. I has a turbo charger but uses regular gas. Finally, it gets attention because it's different - I see 10 BMW coupes for every Volvo coupe. I couldn't have had a better overall experience with the purchase process and my happiness with the car!
