Great Experience! We went in to look at a specific vehicle. Mike Wilcox had it pulled up to the front door, ready for us to take for a test drive. It was priced appropriately and we did not have to go back and forth haggling like other dealerships. Mike was super low pressure but took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle. Needless to say, about an hour later we were signing the paperwork to finalize the deal. Great experience! This will be the first place I check the next time I’m in the market for another vehicle. More

Terrific Service - Helped Me Out of Jam I was coming from Chicago last Friday to drop my son at Dayton for his senior year and 60 miles out my check engine light came on. This was very anno I was coming from Chicago last Friday to drop my son at Dayton for his senior year and 60 miles out my check engine light came on. This was very annoying as I had just spent $900 on my 60,000 mile checkup the day before and I figure the dealership had messed something up in the process. When I stopped at my son's apartment steam starting to come out of the engine. We unpacked the car quickly and my wife and son moved him in while I scrambled to figure out what to do with the car. I called Volvo of Dayton and described what was happening and said I was coming in to have the car looked at. It turns out the Volvo service manager was on vacation, but when I pulled into the service bay Tom - the service manager for the BMW at Evan Motorworks - said he normally didn't handle Volvo's but would do what he could to help. Two and half hours later they had diagnosed and fixed the problem and I was on my way back to Chicago (the problem was related to a botched recall repair the day before). I was very impressed and grateful for the response I got for my unplanned service call. Everyone was very nice and something that could have ruined my last dropoff at college turned out not to be a big deal. Thanks Tom and thanks Volvo of Dayton! More

Starting with finance shot gunning my credit app to 6 different lenders, and then 2 days post purchase found many issues with the Terrible experience. Email sales person to discuss and the only response given starts with telling me how all his customers love their Volvos, and that my model is one of their best sellers completely ignoring all of my issues. They know they have your money and you're screwed. Don't expect any level of after sales support from these guys. They only care about getting that commission. More

Avoid this service department The Evans Volvo service department has serious customer service issues!! I showed up for an oil change 1/29/16 around 5pm, no one was around as it was The Evans Volvo service department has serious customer service issues!! I showed up for an oil change 1/29/16 around 5pm, no one was around as it was close to closing time (5:30) After about 10 minutes Debbie appeared and was very rude and informed me that they were about to close and could not do service that day. I asked her if we could schedule an appointment she agreed, so I follow her into her office where I was told that she had to finish up some paperwork for another customer. After sitting in her office for awhile and her acting like she couldn't be bothered with me I asked to speak with a manager, the GM appeared a few minutes later and I explained the issue to him. We scheduled an appointment for 2/3/16 and asked if they could email me an estimate. Monday afternoon I called back to to follow up because I had not received the estimate, they told me that they sent it out Friday but I had not received it, so they resent it. The estimate I received was just an email with a price I wanted a real estimate with the breakdown of services that would be preformed and the cost. I called Debbie right back and left her a voicemail explaining what I wanted, still no response so I called back today 2/2/16 to find out if I could get what I had asked for. Debbie was busy and I didn't want to leave another voicemail so I asked to speak with the service manager. The service Manager Armin pick up the line and let me tell you I have never been treated so poorly in my life. He told me that what I was asked for was not able to be produced until they had the car, All I wanted was A breakdown of services that would be preformed and the cost of the services. He tells me that the owners manual would tell me the services that would be completed, Then goes to tell me that the owner GM and him have had a meeting discussing me and that it seems like they will be unable to provide services to me and he would be canceling my appointment. WHAT???? All I wanted was an estimate that listed the services that would be performed and the cost associated to them and of course friendly service from the start. Beware of this place, I can only imagine if you had a serious problem. More
X90 JEF Customer Service was great even if something goes wrong. We ordered a car in August and was told it should be in between October and November. They understood that I didn't want to wait any longer. Found me a car in the lot that was close to what I originally wanted and gave me a deal on price because of delay. More
