It was a nice place and most of the staff was very professional and kind by my "advisor" John was not. He gave me an inaccurate estimate of how long it would take to complete the service, which made m professional and kind by my "advisor" John was not. He gave me an inaccurate estimate of how long it would take to complete the service, which made me late for work. He then got frustrated and snapped at me when I asked him to expedite the process. In addition to the service taking longer than expected, once the service was done, the advisor did not prioritize getting my paperwork done. My car was sitting in the lot for an additional 25 minutes before he got around to it. During this time, he helped many other customers who came after me and who were not in a rush. He also went to a food truck and got coffee and a bagel. It was at this point, that I politely asked if he could process my paperwork. He raised his voice at me very unprofessionally. I'll reiterate that the receptionists, cashier and everyone else was very polite. More
Terrible Service. Car still under warranty for another year. Had the same issue 2 months ago and they fixed it and wasn't charged as it is under warranty. However, came in this time, they performed the repair, THEN came to me with a bill (without asking me if I accept) and then told me sorry if you don't want it we'll just unrepair it. Will never come here again, and will never get another Volvo again after this kind of service. Have a $57,000 car, and expect better service than this. More

I made an appointment for a Volvo recall. I arrived on time, but have to wait about 5 hours for the service to be done. The dealer does provide shuttle service option to drop me home, but I have to find m time, but have to wait about 5 hours for the service to be done. The dealer does provide shuttle service option to drop me home, but I have to find my own way to get back to dealership, which is about 40minutes drive from my home. So I ended up stuck in dealership for 5 hours in the waiting room packed with customers. I suggest scheduling less appointments if they do not have ability to serve the clients. More
brought car in at 9:30 on Friday, I was told I would get a call when they checked car and give me a price. At 2:30 I went back and did they did not look at car. When I arrived on Monday the paper work was upstairs, I asked what the price would fix it, The person started tp calculate on his phone all that needed tp be fixed with reference to leak. I was told over $4,000 plus maybe another $2,500 after they look apart engine. Car is 12 years old. I paid apx $175 and bought it to a mechanic. They checked it out it needed repair of 4 pipes and cost was $600 More

It took forever to fix my car. I always have to call and ask about the status. It's very difficult to find the services advisor. I brought my Volvo in for service early 7:45am and did not get a call to inform me if my car was done until I called at 4:30pm.
