I went in for a routine 10,000 maintenance check and waited for almost 3 hours. My car was returned with the entire interior drenched in a product used to “sterilize” the car after service. No attempt had been made to wipe down or dry the surfaces. The attendant who brought me my car was rude and gave me paper towels so i could dry it myself. The interior of my car is covered in stains from the product and has a smell which will not go. I reached out to one of the managers asking him to rectify this and arrange to have the car properly cleaned, i have not heard back. More

I like the video setting which I like very much. He was showing me every step he is working on my car. I have never seen this before. I like that.
