I feel really welcomed when I begin my car in for service as well as sales . My being greeted by the valets when I put up in the driveway already makes me feel like I’m being taken care of. This one of the best service experiences I have had. Derrick, the service manager, made sure that the issue we had was addressed. John Li, our service rep, was polite, took our issues seriously and was Derrick, the service manager, made sure that the issue we had was addressed. And, he personally walked out with us and had us check the car to make sure our problem was resolved before we left the lot. More
