Unable to change the oil on my car in a timely fashion Brought my xc70 here for an oil change at 9:30 which was the appointment time I was offered. I asked how long it would take to complete the service a Brought my xc70 here for an oil change at 9:30 which was the appointment time I was offered. I asked how long it would take to complete the service and I was told about an hour to an hour in a half. I agreed and went for a walk. Upon my return I saw my car outside and went in to speak with the service person. She told me that my car was done and that all she was waiting for was the paperwork from the technician. I went to sit down in the waiting area when the service person approached me and informed me that my car had not been taken care of yet and they had no time frame for when it would be completed. As i had other errands to complete I asked for my keys. I will not be returning to this dealership for any servicing on my vehicle. The kicker is that it is time for a new car as this one has reached the point of diminishing value and cost of repairs and that my family has only owned Volvos for just about the last 30 years but due to my experience her and at the other dealership in Rockville Centre I will be shopping for a new car from a different manufacturer. More
