Disappointed I had my car in for a regular service on August 14th. I sat and waited about 2-3 hours. Last week a red light appeared saying,"Engine coolant low,stop I had my car in for a regular service on August 14th. I sat and waited about 2-3 hours. Last week a red light appeared saying,"Engine coolant low,stop safely" followed by a red triangle. I brought the car in and again waited about 2 hours. I was told normal level is about 2 inches and there was only less than 1/4 inch! The car was worked on only 3 weeks prior.....why wasn't this taken care of???? Volvo has a good reputation. My time is valuable and I want a safe car! More

I had asked for a loaner and it was on the email that was sent to confirm my appointment. There were also other notes on the email, but advisor either didn't review, have or checked the email. So no loaner (why fight?) and the other items weren't brought up and I didn't feel like spending more $$ there anyway.
