Great car buying experience After doing a lot of research and going to various dealerships, I ended up purchasing my new Volvo XC40 at Volvo Cars of Queens and I'm so happy that After doing a lot of research and going to various dealerships, I ended up purchasing my new Volvo XC40 at Volvo Cars of Queens and I'm so happy that I did! I really appreciated that no one there was pushy -- they were very knowledgeable and didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics that I had experienced at other dealerships. The whole process was fairly smooth. They were great with helping to navigate the purchase and they communicated information in a timely manner which was really important due to personal deadlines. Grinding noise coming from right front.on 2017 S60 It was determined by Joe the tech assigned that there was probably a rock, stone etc caught between the rotor and the back plate which caused the grin It was determined by Joe the tech assigned that there was probably a rock, stone etc caught between the rotor and the back plate which caused the grinding noise. Joe went with me for a test drive but there was no further grinding noise so we are assuming that it was a. rock,stone, etc that was the cause.... Joe seems very knowledgeable and listened to a video with sound from my 2018 S60 with less than 7,000 miles so we made an. Appt for the 12th to check it out because this sound gave him concern!!!! More

Great Experience at Volvo We all know what a nightmare dealing with auto dealerships and their sales staff can be. This was certainly not the case at Volvo Cars of Queens and We all know what a nightmare dealing with auto dealerships and their sales staff can be. This was certainly not the case at Volvo Cars of Queens and our salesperson Branden. Almost all of our negotiating was easily done online. Branden was quick to respond to our inquiries and provide any information for which we asked. We were invited to test drive the car with absolutely no pressure when the cars they had did not match the one we were looking for. Branden researched all vehicles in the tristate area, until he found what we wanted. The car was delivered to us in pristine condition after having made a financial arrangement satisfactory to both me and my wife. There is a Volvo dealer within 5 miles of my home who was not even willing to negotiate, or take my current vehicle off lease early. Queens Volvo was most accommodating. I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with them and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend their dealership and Branden! More

We got the Volvo 2018 xc60 T6 from Mr. Patrick Chang who can speak Mandarin and very patient. Both of us do not have a lot of experiences in buying a car but we've researched SUV for a week. It was a pleasant shopping experience Mr. Ron Herring gave us a HUGE discount after twice negotiations (more than 10%). Highly recommended this dealership. More
