Service center is not focussed on customer satisfaction. They seem inattentive and miss items that should have not been missed like resetting engine diagnostic alerts. I have had to return to service center on numerous occasions because service was not completed properly first time. I have told service advisor I was not happy and I have given feedback in survey. Nothing seems to change. And I have never been contacted by management to see why I was unhappy. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. With first vehicle I felt the service department was more focussed on customer satisfaction but has steadily gone downhill. More

Jeffrey Schull was assigned to us in the showroom to answer questions we had about leasing a Volvo. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we felt like valued customers from the moment we met him. He introduced us to others in the dealership with pride, knowing we were likely to lease the car. Sadly he was FIRED in the middle of our transaction, and the dealership gave us the run around about his whereabouts for over a week. Then, due to an alleged issue with the longshoreman strike which lasted all of 24 hours, they LOST the car we ordered. Zachary stepped in and completed the transaction. Brandon, the young man who demonstrated all the features of the car was also excellent. Beth seemed uninterested in meeting us, or maybe she was just uncomfortable because she knew she was getting ready to fire Jeffrey??? We are very happy with the car, particularly with the upgraded packages Jeffrey sold us. More
