My sales representative Branden went above and beyond, and was patient answering all my questions. He answered my emails even when not at the dealership, during "off" hours. He took the car to find a car with the features I wanted, and we arranged great pricing. My demonstration was unhurried, and Branden said I can contact any time with questions. I always felt like a VIP, not a customer. More

Shuttle service was awesome Volvo Service provides shuttle within certain radius. I needed to go a bit outside of it. They still found a way to drop off and pick me up. I called the sale person Mr. Richard and he told me to drive the the car for awhile (highway mileage) and if the engine light is still on bring it back. I have never had a chance to put highway mileage on the car so I waited for awhile . I was refused service yesterday and was told to come back. I spent 5 hours at the service center for nothing. I do not have that kind of time to waste. There is no professionalism at the service center. Horrible place! Melissa Evans was very helpful. More
