leased an XC90 Inscription T6 Small but attentive. This is a small dealership that does not look like much from the outside (construction underway, etc...) The inside is elegant and clean with minimal design to match the brand. I dealt with Branden Shulman and I can say the experience was excellent. Never delivered car as promised I went in to test drive the car I wanted on Oct 27th 2018. I worked with Raymond, who was very nice and positive and I felt secure in working with him at this dealership. I left a $1000. deposit and asked Raymond to give me a few days to think about it. . I wanted a xc40 r design. No bells & whistles but a sunroof would be nice. After thinking about it I decided to go ahead and have Raymond order my car because they didnt have it in stock. They had similar vehicles but too many bells & whistles and thats not what i was looking for. Raymond assured me on Nov 3, 2018 that he would place my order and I would have my car end of January/early February. I called a few times to see if my car was delivered and ready but it was not. On Jan 16th I called and Raymond wasnt in but the person I spoke with (cant remember name) said my car won't be there before March. On Saturday I called back & spoke to Raymond who then conferred with his manager and now they're trying to upsell me to a car I don't want. Our deal was made and now they can't meet their end and are trying to upsell me. I'm very dissappointed in this deal gone wrong. At this point the charm has worn off and I've requested a refund. Lets see what kind of nightmare getting my refund turns into. Madelyn More

pleasant and quick Had an unplanned visit for service after an error message on my Volvo. They took my car in quickly, and it was ready to go 4 hours later, including a Had an unplanned visit for service after an error message on my Volvo. They took my car in quickly, and it was ready to go 4 hours later, including a maintenance service that was due anyway. Only downside was a long wait for the shuttle service to home; ended up taking an uber since I wasn't given an ETA for when someone was available to get me home. Everyone was friendly and professional. Happy! More

Service took longer than was told. Was told when I scheduled appointment service would take 1 1/2 hours. Upon arrival told should be 2 hours. Service was closer to 3 hours.
