Service Dept / Manager refused to honor a tire warranty from the tire manufacturer. Car was 7 days old and had a defective tire. Warranty states: new car dealer is responsible for replacing a defective w from the tire manufacturer. Car was 7 days old and had a defective tire. They refused to replace tire because I did not purchase an additional dealer upcharge warranty through the dealership. Absolute horrific customer service...especially on a one week old car. More
