The Senior sales Dishen Li is very professional and friendly. My wife and me were confused and had no ideas about choosing Volvo XC90 and XC60. Dishen helped us narrowed down the options and gave us us friendly. My wife and me were confused and had no ideas about choosing Volvo XC90 and XC60. Dishen helped us narrowed down the options and gave us useful suggestions. We picked XC60 eventually. And other people in this dealer did not push us too much. Before we went to Volvo, my wife was interested in JEEP Wrangler, but we had a VERY VERY bad experience in Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge which is few blocks away from Queens Volvo. The salesperson and his manager were not so nice. They treat us like dummies. We did not feel comfortable at all. More

Everything went nicely, no pressure, the entire buying process was smooth and efficient. I took one star off for the following reason. The car I leased was a loaner and it had a scratch on the passenger process was smooth and efficient. I took one star off for the following reason. The car I leased was a loaner and it had a scratch on the passenger side rear fender flare - not a big deal, but I asked my salesperson to address it. So, she went and "wiped" it out, which made it invisible (I was picking up the car in the evening). Needless to say, when I saw the car next morning at the day light, the scratch was still there. As I said, it's not a big deal, but I'd rather not being responsible for this scratch when the time comes to return the car. Thank you More
