Very professional, no hard sale. I was very disappointed though that an extra license plat bracket was not included and when requested I was told I would have pay an extra $30. Very professional and efficient! I was greeted immediately and was explained on what would be done and at what time. very bad manner in parts sales person, and service manager have same bad attitude, too. when I order spare key for my volvo s-80. the sales only tell me the price. not like another volvo dealer like ( manager have same bad attitude, too. when I order spare key for my volvo s-80. the sales only tell me the price. not like another volvo dealer like (manhattan,volvo) they give you all the detail charge, for instance,down load program fee, remote control and key price. and when I ask why sales person don't tell me after I pay two hundred around, and later I have to pay another 200 around. he only say if he didn't tell me that, he only can say "sorry" and speak very bad words and left. Today I bring my porsche car for service in manhattan, and I visit volvo dealer there. they print out the sheet for the remote key. if you are interesting I can show you what's the difference . for replace strout, front brake and vacuum bump, take 6 day to finish.don't you think It's too long. they promise to have 10 percent off of my invoice price, but until I mention that than they correct it. More
