Horrible, they said a complimentary car wash was included after service and the guy that dropped my car said they are busy and I have to wait another 20-30” and asked to come back later he said no. Very professional, no hard sale. I was very disappointed though that an extra license plat bracket was not included and when requested I was told I would have pay an extra $30.
