They kept Volvo S60 2 weeks. Gave me a base Jetta loaner. Forgot to do inspection on car. Had to come again for that. And my front camera still does not work after they tried to fix it. Plus: bad covid pro Forgot to do inspection on car. Had to come again for that. And my front camera still does not work after they tried to fix it. Plus: bad covid protocols. After what happened on their service center (covid outbreak) my car wash washed or even cleaned the interior. Even Chevy does that. I expect better from volvo. More

I make a point to take my 2018 Volvo XC60 to the dealership for any repair, complex or simple, rather than a local mechanic to receive the professionalism, care and service that I would expect from such an establishment. I expect and do not mind paying a premium for such service. What I do not expect is to be abused and treated disrespectfully by Mr. Kunar, who does not have any business being in your establishment in any role, never mind a customer facing role, which I think would be a key area to the success of your business. Based on my interaction with Mr. Kunar, I am sure this is not the first complaint you've received against him. I travel more than 15 miles across Queens by choice, to bring my car to your dealership for service. I will no longer do that just to be subjected to even worse service than a local area mechanic. I choose to take my business elsewhere and will make every effort as I am doing here to let your local management and Volvo's central franchisee management, know about my situation here. On 3/15, my wife brought our car for tire service because the tire had gone over a nail and developed a slow leak. In the end I paid approximately $900, for the total cost of replacing both front tires (even though I was told that the tires still had a little less than half of its expectancy) and an alignment. As I said, I do not mind paying the premium cost of your service because I put value in making sure that the work is done correctly- what I do mind is Mr. Kumar treating us like an annoyance because I tried to get clarification as to why I was being charged over $300, initially, for what I had thougth was a patch for a small puncture in the tire Mr. Kumar didn't bother to explain that the $300+ cost was to replace the tire, which I would have understood, but he merely, rudely and exasperatedly explained that "it was the cost of fixing the tire." It was as if I was asking so much from him. I can only guess what attitude Mr. Kunar showed my wife at your dealership and I'm glad I wasn't physically present at the time. I agreed to replace the tire- although I have brough the car in during my first year with the same problem and had it patched, based on Mr. Kunar's statement that "we (the dealership) do not patch tires." Since I was going to replace one tire, I thought it was also best to replace both front tires, to keep wheels balanced and aligned, as is usually recommended. Mr. Kunar's proposal to my suggestions was "it's up to you." Again, I do not mind paying for professional and knowledgeable service- none of which was provided by Mr. Kunar. More
