She knew she wanted a Volvo XC60, howev Queens should DEFINITELY be your number one choice. I promised my daughter a new car as a graduation present. She knew she wanted a Volvo XC60, however when she went to other dealerships she stated they lacked customer service and kept giving her the run around. She said many places tried to coerce her into getting other vehicles and were constantly encouraging her to add unnecessary packages to the vehicle which would result in her walking out of the dealership. After being frustrated by the 3 dealerships she visited she decided to start checking customer reviews. She asked me to accompany her to Queens Volvo and we were greeted by Anita. Anita and my daughter hit it off immediately. My daughter was very specific about which vehicle she wanted and Anita did her due diligence to ensure my daughter got the vehicle with the specifications requested, Anita and Sean worked with my daughter while I looked on in amazement. My daughter was able to negotiate the entire deal the same day and she LOVES her 2021 XC60. Word of advice, do yourself a favor and check Queens Volvo out before you decide to go to other dealerships. By the way make sure you purchase the Allstate tire insurance, it is worth every single penny. Thank you Queens Volvo for getting my daughter into the vehicle of her dreams!!! More

This service center is sub-par. I have 2x gotten my car back with garbage from the work scattered throughout. It's so unacceptable that I have to go pick up plasitc wrappers and the old parts myself.
