I purchased a 2021 XC90 from Ashley. He is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone. I did most all of the process virtually (via email and text), which saved a lot of time at the dealersh amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone. Great customer service until I sent them the check for the vehicle. I purchased a truck from SC and handled everything virtually. Once they had payment, it was all down hill from there. The paperwork they sent me was thousands of dollars more than the agreed upon price. Once that was fixed only then was I told that they would not be able to handle the tax/tag/title work so I had to ask them to refund that portion of the costs that I had already sent them. The salesman had completely ghosted me and was not returning any texts or calls even though I had never raised my voice to show my displeasure in the service. Days later I finally reached the manager and Chuck stated he would take care of everything. I received the vehicle and it was in great shape but the paperwork and refund checks took another week to get to my house regardless that I was promised to have the paperwork "overnighted". The truck was in great shape, the customer service and promises......not so much. More

After I had a problem with my car that I bought there, and reported it, they asked me to come in and discuss it. I showed up for a meeting and was left to wait. This is what buying a car SHOULD be. Getting right to the point, I travelled over 90 miles to see David & get this car. Why? It wasn't the car. It was David's service and commitment to a great experience. And I was willing to drive 2 hours for it. As a previous technician, forman, salesman, and internet sales manager for another luxury brand, I can vouch for their entire process. From texts, pix, videos, documentation, accommodation, finance, & delivery - the entire team was world-class. Nothing was too difficult for David to do. The reality is, buying a car today can be aweful. But it doesn't have to be. Volvo Cars Naples is where you should go if you want to be respected, valued, and taken care of. I will send everyone I know to David and Volvo Cars Naples because they CLEARLY understand what a sale should be.
