Terrible customer service I purchased a Volvo from this dealership 21 days ago and still do not have my registration. At time of purchase I was told a few days. I have called s I purchased a Volvo from this dealership 21 days ago and still do not have my registration. At time of purchase I was told a few days. I have called several times and asked for my salesperson, finance manager, sales manager and general manager. To date not one of them has returned my call. They were paid the sales tax,title fee and registration fee and have yet to provide proof of registration. . They say they pride themself on customer service, I think they have to learn what customer service is before they publish such comments. When the salesperson handed over all my paper work one handout stating that I would receive 6 months of free satellite radio. When I called to activate the service I was told I only receive 3 months, another call to the dealership. Again no return phone call. Based on the way this dealership treats it's customers I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I don't know if I'll ever get my registration or that return phone call maybe my attorney can. More

I have worked with her for thirteen years now, and she is the reason I remain with this dealership, given that the labor costs are, in my view, way out of reasonable range for replacement of simple and inexpensive parts. I was very disappointed that Jacquie was not named service manager or, at least, top service representative when ownership changed. She keeps my 15-year-old V70 running perfectly. More
