Awesome customer service to out-of-towners Michael took great care of us during a recent visit for a CEL. We were driving back to Houston when the engine over-pressured, forcing the dipstick o Michael took great care of us during a recent visit for a CEL. We were driving back to Houston when the engine over-pressured, forcing the dipstick out and throwing a vacuum code. Michael got us in immediately and had a tech run diagnostics to determine if we could continue our 1000-mile drive. With troubleshooting and a test drive, they found that we could continue. I was shocked that this dealership does not charge a one-hour diagnostic fee - $135 is the starting price for service in Houston. No charge, quick attention, and they even offered to steam clean the oil off the engine! If I'm ever back in SW FL, I'll stop by just to say thanks again. More

I was on a tight budget and he sat down and went through each repair that I needed and helped me prioritize them (I have an older Volvo ). I was also pleasantly surprised that my car had been cleaned inside and outside! The downside was that I had some tougher tree stains on my car and they left scratches on my hood where they had scrubbed it off. Oh yeah....the prices are unreal and through the roof......I priced the part I needed online 34.00 and they charged me 250.00 for the same part....and....700.00 for the labor! Now that's a nice profit. More

He talked to us like we were old friends and even told us about his family in Boston( where we are from too). He didn't even discuss cars with us until we asked him. We really valued his professionalism and he seemed very genuine. When we were ready to purchase the xc60 we called him and he met us right away( on his day off). My husband and I were going to purchase an xc60 from fort myers but Eric won us over. We are so pleased to of met a normal, honest sales person when looking to buy. We love our xc60 and we loved Eric from Boston!! We did have a small hiccup in service so that's why I gave an overall 4 star rating. Everything was resolved and we left very happy. More
