BAD smell under hood of S60 Michael Cummings was very pleasant and helpful when we brought our car in. The waiting room was very comfortable with many snacks and drinks offered. All the employees that we encountered were very helpful and gracious. The only suggestion that we could possibly make is that there be more reading material aside from real estate magazines. Cody did a very good job in Service Dept. for a rather disgusting job of cleaning out a dead animal from the plate underneath the hood. Thank you all! More

Last Saturda December 26, 2015 I just want to bring to your attention the great customer service I received from Brian Gatzki and Michael Cummings. Last Saturday, I was unable to lock the door on my car. You can imagine how this feels, especially during the holiday shopping season. I brought my car in to your dealership in a panic. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Brian and Michael took the time to listen to my issue and much to my delight, he arranged to have my car repaired under warranty and arranged for a loaner car. I think it's very important to point out when someone goes above and beyond expectations. In this case, Brian and Michael did exactly that. I would highly recommend Bonita Volvo Service. More

The selection and sales process with Chris was outstanding. They ran into some issues when the paperwork was filled out and we ended up coming back the next day to finalize the deal. The dealership did take care of us and reduced our purchase cost a bit more. A real class act!!! More

Great Service Our 2007 S80 was needed some repairs. Mike Cummings was our Service Rep and lined up all the work we needed done. Mike alerted us to a problem that Our 2007 S80 was needed some repairs. Mike Cummings was our Service Rep and lined up all the work we needed done. Mike alerted us to a problem that was present with the ABS system and stopped other service until that problem was identified. We ended up trading in the S80 for a new vehicle after we went over all the numbers to see what was the best option for us. Because of Mike Cummings being alert, honest, and having great initiative, we saved money and was directed to a sales person who helped us find the right vehicle for us. This was in no way a "pressure" situation. We reacted to the facts placed in front of us and saved money with our decision to trade instead of repair. Thank you Mike, and thank you Volvo!! More
