We liked the XT5 and the sales person was really nice but we were really impressed with Johnathan through knowledge of every vehicle we mentioned, including the QX60. We were open about our search and discussed our search with both reps and Johnathan seemed interesting in helping us compare the two. Johnathan and his boss Joe liked each car but also suggested that we take a look at the Volvo XC90. Once sat in the XC90, when knew that the Cadillac was out and now it was down to the ininifti and the Volvo. Johnathan explained to us that he could not sell the Volvo but introduced us to Jamie. Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Volvo and we decided that the Volvo had the safety features and the functionality that appealed to us. Once made our decision, Jamie helped us through the entire buying process and made the experience very effortless and stress free.
