Mixed Feelings Our salesman, Jaime Rodriguez, was outstanding. He worked very hard to get us a deal on the used vehicle that we could accept. All of the other salespeople that passed by while we were sitting in the showroom were very friendly and greeted us. However, we were less than pleased that the Sales Manager never came out to speak to us, thank us or even acknowledge that we were there. When it was time for him to leave for the day, he walked right past us and never said a word even though we had agreed on a deal and were just waiting to sign all the papers. This is not how management should act. Granted, we went back and forth with negotiations but it was certainly not the way for a Manager to act. More

Stacey had talked to quite a few sales people,but did not feel comfortable with any that she met. We discussed taking a look a Volvo, since I had owned and leased four Volvo vehicles in he past. I even kept my first Volvo, a D L for 22 years. She called and talked to Jaime Rodriguez and then went to the dealership to meet him. After meeting with him she called me and said I think I have found the car I want. We live across Highway 41 from the dealership and she brought the car over for me to see. She then asked me to go to the dealership and meet Jaime and decide if we want to lease the car. I went over to meet him and I must tell you that he was very professional and friendly. The decision to get the car, which we liked, was based off the way he treated us. He explained everything to us and we felt totally comfortable to move forward. After he went through the paperwork he told us we had to meet with the person who was the business manager. I told him that he did such a good job we didn't need the business manager, but I knew that we had to sign the final papers with him. He was also very good to talk to. I didn't have to haggle debate or waste a single minute on negotiations or dealership B.S. The floor manager, Joe Pitingolo, immediately responded to my internet inquiry, but also went out of his way to take and text photos of the car to me, before it was even available online. I can say the service didn't end there! I got to the dealership before they expected me and unfortunately prior to them getting a chance to detail the car, since it just came in on trade. But I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a great price that I couldn't pass up on a great car with full service records. The manager even accepted my private financing without trying to push their own financing on me. Even better, Joe provided me with a full detail, cleaning the car from head to toe and with a power wash and thorough interior cleaning and even threw in tinting on my front windows. These guys are awesome and provided great treatment, Even though I didn't buy a Volvo, they still treated me like I did! Very respectful and polite!
