Very much dislike that they leave my car dirty! Every time I have my car serviced, the interior is dirty from them either driving it or repairing it. They tell me they put plastic on the seat, but either it moves or is taken off. My car has light beige interior and the seats, console, etc end up with black dirt marks. I think this is unprofessional, especially when I paid so much to own a Volvo. Ken, the service guy, always tells me it was that way when I dropped it off. He will argue with me about it, which only pisses me off more. I was thinking of going elsewhere or buying another brand. More

The problem is that I was told the service (10K service) would take 1.5 hours. It actually took 3.5 hours. I was not provided an update until I asked so it would have been nice to have been told that was going to wait much longer. More
