Called to let me know the car was “in service” approximate time it would take and what they’d be doi Completely informed as the process was going on. Called to let me know the car was “in service” approximate time it would take and what they’d be doing (50k mile service). Called back before completion to let me know the potential issues and asked to bring it back after 2000 miles for a recheck. Honestly who provides this level of service anymore? Volvo of Marietta has quite an asset in Todd and should be thankful he represents them! More

They also set the appointment up in a very timely manner and have loaner cars available when needed. They are also really good about following up with estimates, timeline, and quality of service.
