Sloppy work The main serpentine belt was not properly put back on after the A/C compressor was replaced. It shredded after driving 233 miles. Not only that, a micro brewery sticker was placed on the rear window while in the stewardship of Volvo of Marietta. We are non-drinkers. I had to look up the name of the business to find out what it was. More

Way too much time for a scheduled oil change I had arrived for a previously scheduled oil change, when I called to schedule I asked if an hour would be a sufficient amount of time to perform the I had arrived for a previously scheduled oil change, when I called to schedule I asked if an hour would be a sufficient amount of time to perform the oil change and I was assured that it would. After I had been there an hour I asked for an update on my car and was told it would be another 45 minutes. I told them that that would not be okay as I had to leave to pick up my daughter in 15 minutes, they took an hour and a half and I was late to pick up my daughter from her camp due to the fact that they could not get my car to me in time or give me a loaner. Very disappointed in this experience More
