In 2019 we added a V90CC no longer needing to haul cub scouts etc. buying a Volvo has been an easy choice with the quality manufacturing and the extraordinary service. Without the extraordinary service, Volvo is still s great choice until a repair is needed. With Todd Mille as a service guy and Volvo of Marietta, I had no qualms about re-upping with another Volvo. to Volvo’s credit. I did experience s mechanical issues requiring immediate attention while 700 miles from home. There was a Volvo Dealership a few miles away. They took me in immediately, put me in a loaner, and resolved my mechanical issue while keeping me mobile without blinking. Thank you Todd And Volvo of Marietta More
Unsatisfying experience I had scheduled my maintenance service appointment online and had a confirmation email. I called the service center on the day of to let them know I w I had scheduled my maintenance service appointment online and had a confirmation email. I called the service center on the day of to let them know I was running late and if I could reschedule to a later time. They said that there was no appointment scheduled on their system and to just come in whenever. I got to the service center and they took my keys and told me to come back by 3:45pm as they close at 4:00pm. I had a low tire pressure light on so told them to check the tires for me. When I came back to pick up the car, they rushed me out so quickly and did not even give me a chance to get in my car before they shut the garage and locked up. Needless to say, when I started my car, the tires pressure light was still on. The next day I came to find my car with a completely flat tire with a huge nail in it!! More
