Nice waiting area with coffee and drinks which is good because it took 2.5 hours, a little longer Had our 20k factory service done earlier this week. Nice waiting area with coffee and drinks which is good because it took 2.5 hours, a little longer than I expected. They replaced a faulty remote free of charge. As a luxury brand it would be nice to have interior vacuumed and wiped down during the service. Other brands we've owned did this and it was a nice touch. More
