Every person I came in contact with was courteous, friendly and helpful. I worked with Tommy Fain for the most part and he was fantastic! All aspects of my vehicle purchase and trade-in exceeded my friendly and helpful. I worked with Tommy Fain for the most part and he was fantastic! All aspects of my vehicle purchase and trade-in exceeded my expectations! They filled my Volvo with gas to drive home. Then when it came back to get some minor cosmetic things touched up, they provided a new XC60 loaner also full of gas. Then to top it off they detailed and filled up my Volvo XC90 again! The price of the car was listed a great buy on Edmunds and they gave me a very fair price for my tade-in. I have told others about my great experience! More

I bought 2019 Volvo S60 sedan in Goldsboro, NC and because of Covid situation was not able to go to a dealer to understand the special features. For Thanksgiving, I came to my son Jay Shreenath in Mar because of Covid situation was not able to go to a dealer to understand the special features. For Thanksgiving, I came to my son Jay Shreenath in Marietta and came on December 1, 2020 to meet young and dynami Billy Samounty without any appointment. He was gracious to accommodate us with a great smile. He has the patience of a K,G< Teacher to listen patiently and answer all questions in great detail. He set up our phone on Volvo app and taught us to use the Volvo app for driving applications. He is thorough and fully acquainted with all the Volvo car applications. He is a great treasure for Volvo Cars of Marietta and his communication skills to persuade customers to buy the car will help company's sales. We thank Billy and wish him best of luck in his career.
