After a few awful experiences with other dealerships I contacted Volvo of Marietta and was connected with Tommy Fain. From the introduction Tommy was great. He listened to my frustrations and showed compassion. Tommy was very helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated efficiently and it never felt transactional. 48hrs later I had my vehicle. Tommy even came to pick me up from the rental car place so I didn't have to uber to the dealership. I would definitely recommend Tommy as well as the dealership! More
