Had an appointment for a recall and oil change. When I dropped of the car The parts for the recall were not available, so I left the car for just on oil change. Completion of the work was promised to be d dropped of the car The parts for the recall were not available, so I left the car for just on oil change. Completion of the work was promised to be done by the end of the following day. I did not receive an update prior to the promised completion time, and when called to inquire about the status, I was told that the work was not completed and nobody in the service department could provide more details. The car was not ready until late in the afternoon the following day. Parts not available for a scheduled recall, car not ready when promised without any update from service rep, an oil chance that took two days to complete - worst service I ever had at any car dealership! Not a good experience at all. Sales person was the best, the only reason I bought fro m them. The transport service they used JS Transport Service out of MA was rude, irresponsible, lost my car, someone too the only reason I bought fro m them. I had my car serviced a few weeks ago & new front brakes applied & the service before that I paid for new back brakes & now my vehicle screeches when I press my breaks as well as shake really bad. I also just had my 70k mile service performed a few months ago & there was no recommendation for rotors but a person would think when a mechanic is applying new brakes they would check the rotors as well. $1000 later & my vehicle shakes & screeches; needless to say I am very disappointed...
