The dealership was great to deal with - everything was done via text and once I was in the dealership, it was quick and effective. The only issue is that I'm having problems with Volvo On Call as it thin done via text and once I was in the dealership, it was quick and effective. Nice personal however not very accommodating to the buyer to experience. Needed just a little support to help the process go smoother. Asked the dealership to meet me halfway back to get the check and we swap cars ( as I traded my other volvo). That was a no go. It was the day before Christmas Eve so they said not enough staff to help me. So I took my car back home picked up the check from my bank; 50 miles away from my home; drove back to the dealership (75 miles) to pick up the new car! My certified used car was not thoroughly detailed had to send back-through detailing before I left. When I finally got it home noticed the maintenance over due alert was flashing. Was told the car was properly maintenances at the appropriate time but they failed to reset the panel. Was told to bring it back ( hour away with traffic) or search YouTube to reset it! I have had the car 2 weeks, the light is still on and I am trusting the maintenance was done. I will drop by another Volvo dealership to have them check it. Again my sales guy was nice but nice only go so far. I do love the car even with the over due light still on! More

This is the best dealership I have had any interaction with, regardless of brand. The quality of service from Billy Surmounty was exemplary. He was attentive, regardless of whether I asked questions by email, SMS or phone and always greeted me with authentic enthusiasm. This is how it should be when you are making such a large purchase. it was clear from Billy's manager that personal integrity is of the utmost importance at this dealership - something that gives me piece of mind. Giving this dealership one star is being generous. I had the most horrible and despicable experience with Jason Simmons and the entire service staff that was on duty December 21st and 22nd. I had scheduled the most horrible and despicable experience with Jason Simmons and the entire service staff that was on duty December 21st and 22nd. I had scheduled Volvo Valet to pick-up my vehicle at 2:30pm on the 21st and received numerous reminders from the service department. When they didn't show up as scheduled, I contacted the dealership and was transferred to the service department where my call went to voice-mail. After leaving four voice-mails with no response, I decided to drive 45 minutes to the dealership since I had made arrangements for this appointment three months in advance and cleared my hectic schedule. As soon as I got to the service department, I politely explained the situation to the young lady who had greeted me. Mr. Simmons immediately took over and not a single employee offered any empathy whatsoever about my ordeal and inconvenience. Instead, Mr. Simmons said there was a glitch in the Volvo Valet system and had the arrogant service advisor seated next to him schedule my loaner vehicle which should have already been done and dropped off at my residence. This incompetent moron said that I don't need a loaner and told me to wait and inconvenience me even further. Mr. Simmons told him to just get me into a loaner vehicle. After taking over 35 minutes to do something that should have only taken a few minutes, this rude man had the gawl to put me in a loaner vehicle that reeked like Marijuana. When I had complained, he actual said he was well aware of this and charged the previous customer $250 on two separate occasions and then had the audacity to complain how a "$60,000" vehicle is ruined and that he had to explain the situation to the customer's mother about his annoyance. I was beyond disgusted by his behavior and just wanted to get on with my already inconvenienced day. The second loaner was an absolutely disgusting mess (sunflower seeds all over the place, filthy, masks under the seats, ketchup packages throughout the vehicle, sales receipts, wires hanging out, and dirt everywhere). Since this vehicle didn't have a foul odor like the last one, I just left without saying anything. I just couldn't take how disgustingly filthy this vehicle was and stopped at the store and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the loaner vehicle myself. After returning the loaner vehicle on the 22nd, the service department had the audacity to charge me $12 for fuel and $73 to rotate and balance my tires for a complimentary appointment. This was the most horrible and deplorable experience that I have ever had in 25 years at a company that prides themselves on offering a "Luxury-to-Perfection" brand. Everyone in the service department especially the highly unprofessional man that reserved my loaner vehicle need to either be fired or attend a course on customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone especially when you pay an astronomical amount of money for a vehicle and expect at least some respect and customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau among multiple other platforms. This dealership is simply pathetic and doesn't deserve the time of day and does not treat their customer's who pay their wages with an ounce of respect. Please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.
