It took a minute to find an interested salesperson but once we met Caleb S. things changed. He wanted to get to know me so he could help. He was patient and listened. Disappointed in financing that they did not discuss rates. I have an excellent credit score and he got me a terrible rate then tells me I have to make 3 payments before I can refinance. I know the gam rates. I have an excellent credit score and he got me a terrible rate then tells me I have to make 3 payments before I can refinance. I know the game & know that’s just so the dealer gets incentives. I found financing 3 pts lower than he got me. Our sales guy, Christian, was great but I didn’t get a real impressive feeling about the dealership as a whole. More
