They didn’t have the Georgia emissions test completed prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I had to take off work to handle something they were supposed to do by law. Frankly I expected a higher level of prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I had to take off work to handle something they were supposed to do by law. Frankly I expected a higher level of service from a Volvo dealership. Also not even 30 days after purchasing I start getting a bumpy ride. No issues with tires, no incidents where I hit a pot hole or curb. Now yet again I have to use my valuable time to go get it serviced. More

Emanuel provided me with professional and fast service. I knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle I came to drive, and he was helpful in getting me all of the information I needed. In a matter of a few day I knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle I came to drive, and he was helpful in getting me all of the information I needed. In a matter of a few days I was driving off after working through all of the details. The battery died the night I took my car home. The next day they replaced it with a new one. That made me feel valued and that they have high integrity and stand behind their product. I did purchase a used Mercedes not a new/used Volvo. Great dealership! More

The car was great. However, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable and we came with a check in hand to purchase the vehicle and I let the staff know I would b However, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable and we came with a check in hand to purchase the vehicle and I let the staff know I would be there and from the time we got there it took over 2 1/2 hours to get the bill processed as they kept trying to upsell me on stuff that I did not want. When we got there, they couldn’t find the keys to the vehicle. They were locked up and they could not get them. They said they had to wait for the general manager to come unlock it. I have driven 2 1/2 hours to pick up a car that I had bought online and I had never seen it. We actually had to show the cars to our self and check it out,….. our salesman Christian actually disappeared for over an hour doing the process and he never said where he was going or what he was doing but actually he decided to take lunch why we were trying to purchase our car in limited time as we had to get back to our home over 2 1/2 hours away, and our kids are in school. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I would never purchase a vehicle from them ever ever ever ever ever again. More
