Very dissatisfied with Volvo service Communication regarding the problem with my car engine has been less than satisfactory. I was advised by Volvo’s company customer service department to contact the General Manager Mike Gerbick and I have yet to receive a call from him. Throughout this process it seems as Volvo cars of Marietta has been more interested in ignoring me and the problem than providing excellence in customer service. More

They also set the appointment up in a very timely manner and have loaner cars available when needed. They are also really good about following up with estimates, timeline, and quality of service.
