I had been looking for a midsize suv for months, and had never driven a Volv I purchased a CPO 2017 Volvo XC90 T8 yesterday at Volvo Cars of Marietta. I had been looking for a midsize suv for months, and had never driven a Volvo. I saw the dealership (near Dobbins AFB) when I was test driving a vehicle nearby. This was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience that I've ever had in buying (and trading in) a car. I was given a fantastic trade value - even more than I expected! Alexis Kunz was my Sales person - incredibly kind, and an expert on all of the Volvo line. The GM worked to get my CPO/used suv from another Jim Ellis dealership; and Alexis drove 40 miles to get it for me, as I am in an ankle boot/cast and didn't want to make the drive. The finance guys Nester and Nathan Butler were kind and extremely helpful in explaining the extended service and maintenance options for my CPO hybrid vehicle (because I asked), including verifying hybrid-specific questions I had with the service manager. The whole team at Volvo Cars of Marietta was awesome! They treated me like family. I was very pleased with my whole experience in purchasing my first Volvo and this dealership! More
