Made buying my first car a simple and enjoyable experience Showed up yesterday at 10am to test drive a 2015 Volvo XC60 T5 and left at 1pm with the keys in my hand. Geovanni was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to give me a quick breakdown of all the features. They even dropped the price a bit to make me more comfortable with the purchase. And I have just one suggestion for the app if you could have direct contact with the closest dealership in a case something happened and car is getting issues with the software update. You could park and get connected to secure network at the dealership to preform update. If there is an issue and you are traveling your car makes noise - and the driving person is freaked out something just broken in it lol Thank you! I still love it More

Initial operational and customer service issues now resolved It has been very frustrating just trying to get in contact with this dealer in general, and during that time, I have experienced how poor their servic It has been very frustrating just trying to get in contact with this dealer in general, and during that time, I have experienced how poor their service appointment system works, and their internal communications as well. Back in October, it took me 2 weeks just to get to talk to someone and make an appointment. Earlier attempts resulted in phone not being answered by service department, but worst of all, I left a couple of detailed voicemails, including name and phone number repeated twice, and never got a call back. I then tried the chat function. It took me 10-15 min just to provide the extensive amount of information that they require. After completing it, no further reply or call to set an appointment. When I finally got an appointment by phone, (two weeks later), service was good and people were friendly. Work took a longer than expected, and they offered a loaner. Once I signed the papers for the loaner, it took 50 min, just to get the keys and the car. Now it was time for scheduled maintenance. I was reluctant at first to take it to the same place, but have to because the first services are included. So last week I called, and spoke with a service person to schedule it. They told me last week was full, but that I could choose which day of next week I wanted to bring the car. So I said Tuesday. The agent told me to bring the car after 8:30 anytime. I even enquired about a loaner, and he said it would just take a couple of hours and I could wait at the service waiting area. This morning, I drove over in the middle of the morning rush hour and got there just around 9 am, just to find out my appointment had not been introduced in the system and had not been scheduled. Not just the lack of empathy by the service agent, but his expression as if I was making up the appointment, and simply woke up that morning with a desire to spend 1 h in the car and take it to service. Very frustrating specially since there are hardly any other options for Volvo in this city. Update: Since then, I was promptly contacted by the Service Manager Kyle. First he expressed his apologies for the issues, and offered to get the issue solved. He managed to get the car scheduled for service that same day and picked up. Which was nice, so I would not have to go again. Car was serviced within a couple of hours and returned. I like the way they handled the complaint, and were quick and responsive to resolve the issue, as well as they offered a direct contact for the future in case needed. More
