Had my XC90 brought in for regular maintenance and a few minor adjustments and it took just under 24 hours turn around to retrieve me car. While I did not end up buying the car, Justin was helpful, responsive and accommodating throughout the process, even af at Volvo Cars Manhattan. I was intending to buy a car from Volvo Manhattan but eventually gave up because i was treated so negligently and casually by two different salespeople. Truly some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I have brought my car in on three separate occasions. Each time the communication is sporadic and incomplete. Had been a big fan of this dealership but had a very disappointing and frustrating experience last month with very poor communication around the completion of body work. They twice failed to deliver the car on the promised date, seriously disrupting my travel arrangements and obliging me to rent a car at the last minute. They failed to alert me that the car would not be ready, requiring repeated cars, text messages and emails to elicit a response. Nor was I ever offered a loaner car, despite the extended repair timetable and very significant expense of the repair. I cannot recommend this dealer to others and sadly will take my business elsewhere in the future. More
