I came in for the “Tire Pressure” light on the dashboard. . Upon review of the car, the repair guy sent me a video showing the tire was mounted incorrectly and it would cost $240 to fix. I agreed to pay for i . Upon review of the car, the repair guy sent me a video showing the tire was mounted incorrectly and it would cost $240 to fix. I agreed to pay for it to be adjusted correctly BUT when I picked the car up the “tire pressure” light was still on. When asked why, they said “Oh, you don’t have tire sensors installed.” “That’ll be $420 to install then 1/2 hour labor charge for each tire”.. I was completely blind sided.. I said, so I basically paid $240 for you to take my tire off and put it back on then add air to my tire.. WOW!!.. in short.. I felt very taken advantage of, which enraged me. Had I been a male, I doubt that would’ve happened. I could’ve went to tire store and paid $20 or worst $40 to do the same work the dealer charged for $240.. NEVER AGIAN!! More

Just got the 50k service done on our Volvo XC90 and even though I had to book about 6 weeks ahead, they did a great job with super fast turnaround. The day before I took it in, I was told it might take 48 h though I had to book about 6 weeks ahead, they did a great job with super fast turnaround. The day before I took it in, I was told it might take 48 hrs... well, that's the pandemic reality. Despite this, when I dropped it off, my rep, Genovie Tirado was able to expedite things and I got the car back the same day - in time to pick my kids up from school, which I really appreciated as it was cold and my kids would not have enjoyed waiting around for a cab. Thank you Genovie! More
