I continue to have excellent service experiences at Volvo Manhattan for my XC90. They are the most attentive-to-detail, courteous and efficient team I've ever dealt with. I can't say enough great things ab Manhattan for my XC90. They are the most attentive-to-detail, courteous and efficient team I've ever dealt with. I can't say enough great things about Genovie Tirado, who I've been fortunate enough to work with multiple times over the course of nearly 4 years owning cars from this dealership. It would have been good to be informed of the changes and improvements, however, they have evidently made great improvements in their communications, including texts from both staff and repair departments. I leased my xc40 recharge from the dealership so I think it makes sense to take it there for issues. I had a flat that they fixed, but it took 48hrs. I think they need more staff. I had wheel and tire coverage and they happily dealt with the third party provider and got the replacement tires for free. When the car was ready they were totally flexible on my pick up - just show up at my convenience. More
