Here the clients are valued and the words coming out of the salespeoples' mouths are reliable. They are straightforward, knowledgeable and follow through. Ultimately, we committed to buying a car here because of a host of factors (see below), but the approach, information and style of the lead sales guy in the team that helped us, Luis, closed the deal. Also, our Dad bought 2 cars here over the years and was even reimbursed once months after paying for a car service that was covered by a contract. What dealership audits the services and reimburses a client months later without the client inquiring? This one. What does that create? A legacy family, like us. More
Regular maintenance visit I wasn't happy with the service I did over there. First the the website showed the cost of my service as $220.00 when I went there there they charged I wasn't happy with the service I did over there. First the the website showed the cost of my service as $220.00 when I went there there they charged me $520.00. I said okay. Let me try it. First disappointed they couldn't perform same day service although I booked it 3 weeks before and the appointment was at the 10:00 am. So I had ti wait for the day after to get my car back. The paper work after the service was very brief, no mention to what has been done exactly or where my $520.00 were spent. No mention to the items that was replaced, the price I paid for them. Nothing..... just part $ and labour $. No recommendation as per the multi point inspection they claim they perform with the service. Nothing at all. They washed the car from out side and it was dusty and dirty from inside. The old service was way much better than these new owners. Time to try Brooklyn or Long Island service . More
Not a good experience I negotiated a price for a new Volvo at this dealership and, on being asked, put down a $1,000 deposit. Then, after having heard nothing for four day I negotiated a price for a new Volvo at this dealership and, on being asked, put down a $1,000 deposit. Then, after having heard nothing for four days I was able to reach the salesman, who told me the car had been sold to somebody else the day BEFORE they asked for the deposit. I then looked at other dealerships and found the identical car at a better price elsewhere, so I asked for my deposit back. It took numerous emails and phone calls and a complaint to the state attorney general before my deposit was returned -- FOUR WEEKS after I asked for it. More
Friendly beginning, disappointed with the end. Bought car from Luis in Dec 2016, requested my registration/title fee balance refund many times. Seamless experience with delivery as well. Luis went through the car w/ all options with me in great detail. Amir made the finance aspect easy to understand and smoothly transitioned me to leaving with my car. I highly recommend this dealership and won't hesitate to come back for my next vehicle as well. I was interested in the 2017 Volvo XC90 and Mr. Garcia answered all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and I felt that he was as interested in my comfort as he was in selling the car. In my experience, this is a unique and welcome experience to have at a dealership. I wanted to trade in my 2013 Volvo XC90 and this process went seamlessly. I picked up my new Volvo yesterday and Mr. Garcia took the time to walk me through the cars many features, took a short test ride with me to be sure I was comfortable driving the vehicle and encouraged me to call him with any questions/concerns. Amir Sari was also very helpful in processing my paperwork. All in all, this purchase was a pleasure and I recommend Manhattan Volvo without reservation. More
