The tire was changed and the cost was covered under the Tire and Wheel insurance policy that I purchased when I bought the car. Genovie saved the day. More

I recently knocked out a part of my front grill, damaging the sensors and a fog light. The Manhattan dealership, and especially Prem Dass, was fantastic. Prem contacted me several times to explain what the issues were, how he proposed to fix them (including options in case I disagreed) and the timing of the repairs. A flat tire late at night on a dark highway in NYC. The Volvo car got us home safely on the flat and Volvo on CAll was there in 30 minutes. Just got a brand new cx40. The trim I selected was only available in another Volvo dealer from the same group and they were kind enough to pick it up for me, saving me time to go to an unnecessarily trip t available in another Volvo dealer from the same group and they were kind enough to pick it up for me, saving me time to go to an unnecessarily trip to Brooklyn. They were always transparent about the discounts and fees, including registration fees, so I knew exactly how much I'd be paying in the car. During the delivery inspection, Eric spend a good amount of time with us explaining all the car details, sensors, auto pilot and other really nice technology this car offers. More
Service was good and I really appreciated that they delivered the car directly back to our house. Prem Dass is hands down the best service advisor in the business. Extremely knowledgable, helpful and goes above and beyond. When my 2012 XC60's alternator went out in the middle of the Catskills, a week b business. Extremely knowledgable, helpful and goes above and beyond. When my 2012 XC60's alternator went out in the middle of the Catskills, a week before I was going to take it in for major service, Prem was helpful in telling me what I needed to know so I could find a good mechanic upstate to fix it and get me going again. My service advisor, Genovie Tirado is amazing. I will not go to any other service advisor. She is on top of everything I ask for and makes certain that it is taken care of before I drive out.
